Mindfulness approaches

All Therapeutic Approaches > Mindfulness approaches
Mindfulness approaches involve the cultivation of non judgemental, present-centred focus. The increased popularity of mindfulness in counselling and psychotherapy comes from the fact that there is a significant amount of research to show how beneficial it can be to incorporate mindfulness techniques with other approaches and/or on its own.
