I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and a certificate of Domestic Violence Advocate from California. I have expertise in helping people who have experienced Domestic Violence or are suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress disorder (PTSD). I have worked with children, adults, couple, and family from various socio-economic background and cultures.

In psychotherapy, I focus on the “here and now” in which past, present, and future co-exist. The experiences you had in the past would influence your present decisions or choices and will have future consequences. I believe the answer is always within you.

When you are aware of your emotions, you will be able to see your issues on the deeper level. You may find that the core belief that might interfer your life or create your presenting issues. Healing proces will begin when you reach your core belief and the emotions around it. You might experience many challenges in this process because You might need to let go of your old habits or thoughts that you have become attached to. You might also need to accept changes that are not familiar to you. However, if you go through this process, life transformation will inevitably take place.

My role in the sessions is to hold the space for you so you can explore yourself safely. I will support and encourage you to find the answer within you. As a therapist, I will assist your process with warmth, empathy, non-judgment, and respect. I will be your companion on your journey to discover a different way of being in the world and to find the deeper connection with yourself and with others.
