I utilize a holistic approach that incorporates the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I integrate mindfulness, body awareness, metacognitive inquiry (working with our thought processes), and other methods, depending on the unique traits and circumstances of my clients. I cultivate a caring therapeutic relationship with the people I work with—one that gives you the safety to explore and move through whatever needs to be healed.

I love connecting with and supporting people in their healing and growth, and count being able to help facilitate and witness profound change in others as one of the major blessings of my life.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Canadian Certified Counsellor in private practice who works with both individuals and couples, either by telephone (with clients living anywhere in BC) or in person (in Victoria, BC.)
