She has a broad range of training and experience. Her training includes Psycho-dynamic Therapy, Client Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Gottman Marital Therapy (level 2), and Sensori Psychomotor Therapy (level 1). She is also a trained laughter leader.
