I  received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Queen's University at Kingston Ontario in 1991.  I  have extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide spectrum of clinical problems. In addition, I have a background in psychological research and prefer to utilize research-proven (evidence-based) interventions.

I  bring a sensitive, practical problem-solving approach to my work using a broad range of psychological theories and approaches depending on a client's needs and concerns. In particular, I draw upon mindfulness practice, CBT (cognitive-behavioural therapy) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), attachment and family systems theory.  Please visit my Website to learn more about me, my work and how I might assist you.
