Sean Heales is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who is seeing clients at his office based in Langley. As we navigate through life, we are constantly confronted by challenges. Sean regularly offers parenting workshops as well as individual parenting sessions for very specific concerns. Sean also offers sport performance consulting for athletes wishing to unlock their mental potential on the playing field using a combination of relaxation techniques and visualization exercises.
