Paula Jurczak has over fifteen years experience providing counselling services to individuals, children, adolescents and families.

Counselling involves Verbal Approaches, Expressive and Play Therapies, Developmental Play Therapy and DIR Floortime Therapy sessions. Paula works with her clients to find effective therapeutic methods that best suit the needs of the person.

Client difficulites include emotional, cognitive, behavioural, social and sensory difficulties. She works with children of all abilities including those with learning difficulties, giftedness, developmental delays and special needs.

Paula holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Registered Social Worker with the Board of Registration for Social Workers in BC.

Paula's work is informed by current research and emphasizes respect and compassion for her clients. She creates a safe and caring environment that supports and promotes the healthy development of children and families.
