I  assist people who are struggling with the challenges of midlife. Feelings of emptiness and loss of purpose often occur at midlife and can leave people feeling overwhelmed and confused. People in mid life often experience:

• depression, stress and anxiety about relationships, retirement, or job issues
• fatigue and health problems
• grief and loneliness following the loss of people and occupations
• fear of aging, death and dying
• feeling burdened by caring for aging parents or adult children

Counselling can help people:

• renew energy and enthusiasm
• enjoy better relationships
• live with purpose despite life’s challenges
• reduce and manage stress, anxiety and depression
• manage health issues
• come to terms with aging

I use Sand Tray Therapy, dream interpretation, active imagination and Self Regulation Therapy as methods to help people recover from the symptoms and problems of mid-life. For 28 years as a counsellor I have helped people find ways to overcome their problems and live active, meaningful lives.
