Lynn Mather has over 25 years of experience providing counseling services for women and men. She offers counseling for a variety of concerns including depression,anxiety, divorce and work/life balance.

Along with her counseling practice, Lynn offers classes in stress reduction and coping with divorce. Two workshops are available throughout the year: the first, 'From Chaos to Calm: Taming the Busy Mind' and the second, 'A Woman's Guide to Life After Divorce'.

Lynn has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of British Columbia where her focus was on individual and family counseling. She is a Registered Social Worker and approved for private practice. Her office is located in central Maple Ridge with convenient parking.
