Lizelle has a Masters Degree in Psychology and has worked as a therapist since 1995. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor(RCC) with the BC Association for Clinical Counsellors.

Lizelle has extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, post traumatic stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges and chronic illness. 

She has a gentle, focussed approach and provides a respectful, caring and safe environment for clients to explore challenges in their lives. She believes that uncovering people's strengths help them to make more mindful choices, combining the wisdom of the mind and body.

Lizelle supports couples to explore unhealthy cycles and assist them in developing healthy connections for more rewarding relationships.

She works with a wide range of clients including adults, individuals, couples and families.
