Karen Goble, MA. RCC is a registered clinical counsellor, and a member in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and Education from the University of British Columbia, and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle.

Karen provides counselling for adults and adolescents experiencing shame, anxiety, low self compassion, eating and food related issues, body image struggles, separation/ divorce challenges and parenting challenges. She also has experience working with female athletes who may be experiencing conflicting and competing social expectations regarding female identity. Facilitating groups on shame resilience and mindful eating are also a part of her practice and offered several times through out the year.

Karen enjoys working collaboratively with women and men of all ages to assist them in finding solutions to their problems and learning how to live life more authentically and with greater joy. She brings warmth and humor to her work and emphasizes making her clients feel safe and valued.
