Janna's focus is on the treatment of Eating Disorders as well as anxiety, depression and family related issues. She has numerous years of experience working with individuals, couples and families and advocates a holistic approach to counselling with an emphasis on the power of the mind-body connection. Janna is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to help them discover a sense of wholeness and balance in their lives. Janna firmly believes that her clients are experts in their own lives and her role is to learn where they are coming from, family history, current stressors, areas of joy in one's life and then work with her clients as they work through issues that may be holding them back from reaching their goals.
