Analytical (Jungian) psychotherapy can take a number of forms depending on your needs and goals. We may agree to meet for a few sessions to explore the underlying dynamics of a specific issue, or we may meet weekly for an extended period of time to address issues that unfold in the course of therapy. Individual therapy often serves as an invitation to the unconscious in which case the approach pioneered by C.G. Jung may be appropriate. This involves working with the contents of the personal and collective unconscious, especially through dreams and expressive arts.

I am an advanced candidate in training with the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts, the only Canadian training institute for Jungian analysts. I also have an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California -- which specializes in depth psychology. I am registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
