Dr. Erica Reznick's therapeutic work with individuals, couples and families spans over 25 years.  Drawing from a wide range of therapeutic modalities, I approach each client holistically, addressing the cognitive, emotional, social, bodily and spiritual dynamics of change and experience.  My healing focus centers on empowerment - helping individuals and couples to make better life choices, to understand the patterns of life lessons, and to live daily with conscious intent.

I have been trained in collaborative divorce and have a special interest in facilitating "kind divorce", helping couples and children navigate separation in the safest and most compassionate manner possible.  My primary areas of practice include life transitions, depression, grief and loss, stress/anxiety, self-esteem issues, marital or relationship issues and ADHD in adulthood.   The therapeutic approach may vary depending on the nature of the problem and the various strengths and weaknesses of the client. 

In working with clients, I have the opportunity to continually develop deep empathy and compassion for others and to cultivate authenticity in relationship each and every day.  I emphasize the value and respect I have for the courage it takes to create change.
