As a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Langley, my job is to help you feel better.

Whether you are struggling with relationship issues, suffering from the pain and paralysis of depression, or trying to deal with difficult life events, you do not have to cope alone.

Through a collaborative, supportive and non-judgmental relationship, I serve as teacher, guide, and facilitator. The first step is to help you learn about yourself and begin to understand some of the factors that may be contributing to your distress. I then help guide you to make relevant changes, and facilitate nature's own process of healing and growth. The result can be life-changing, as you move away from old, negative patterns, and into a new way of experiencing your life.

I offer help primarily with addictions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, low self-esteem, communication difficulties, childhood trauma, and men's issues, along with personal growth and life satisfaction.

Finding the counsellor who is ‘the right fit’ for you is crucial, as research repeatedly shows that the relationship between client and therapist is the strongest predictor of success in counselling.
