Diana is registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.  She holds a master's degree in counselling psychology from the University of British Columbia and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Victoria.  She is a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist.  She also has specialised post-graduate Level I training in Narrative Therapy and Sensorimotor Trauma Therapy. Diana is committed to life-long learning and frequently attends workshops and trainings.  She also receives monthly supervision for her work. 

Diana has been in the helping field for over 15 years.   Prior to opening her private practice, Diana was a counsellor in an addictions services clinic and a residential treatment facility setting.  Currently, she also facilitates healthy relationship groups for elementary school children and she is a counsellor for an Employee Assistance Program.  

Diana loves helping people achieve fulfilling and healthy relationships with themselves as well with others.  Her compassion creates a supportive atmosphere where her clients can safely embark on a journey of self-exploration to understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and transform unhelpful patterns to successful ones.  Diana’s clients describe her as warm, friendly, easy to open up to, encouraging, and insightful.
