I support clients in becoming more aware of the thoughts, beliefs, and feelings that shape their view of themselves and the world around them. In doing so, they develop a greater sense of wholeness and integration within themselves and in how they relate to others. A positive outcome of therapy includes a greater awareness of inner resources, self-confidence, unconditional worth, and an experience of the fullness of being.

I may suggest E.M.D.R. or acupressure (Emotional Freedom Technique) to deepen the therapeutic process and decrease the intensity of anxiety, anger, fear, or depression.

I help couples practice respectful and compassionate interactions and an experience of the relationship as safe and trustworthy. I support each partner in growing a strong sense of self-reliance as well as "interdependence". Benefits include a more enduring and fulfilling experience of love and intimacy.

As a Collaborative Divorce Coach and Mediator, I take into account the practical, emotional, and life-changing aspects of separation. I teach communication and conflict resolution skills. I help parents develop co-parenting plans and strategies to protect the children from conflict. I provide counselling support to children and help them cope with their losses and voice their wishes and concerns.
