I am a registered psychologist (College of Psychologist of BC #651) and have been a member of the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology since 1990.  I received my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at University of British Columbia in 1979 and have been working with individuals, couples, families, and groups therapeutically since I started my own private practice in 1987.

With over 25 years of experience, I have been facilitating healing in areas such as: Anxiety, Loss, Depression, Abuse, Stress, Work, Trauma, Self-esteem, Childhood Issues, Family, Marriage, Relationship Concerns, Life Transitions, Creativity, Spirituality.

Through counseling and psychotherapy within a safe, supportive environment, I work with my clients together to: Identify and understand conscious and unconscious influences; Express and release impediments to healing and growth; Discover new resources and behaviors which promote well-being.

My approaches are holistic and apart from dialogue, may include Gestalt, inner visualization,  body-process awareness, Jungian dreamwork, expressive arts, assertiveness skills as well as communication and meditation techniques.
