Carolyn Hufsmith has a Master`s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the B C Association of Clinical Counsellors. She has offices in the North Surrey and Vancouver areas. Carolyn has trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), Life Stress Reduction (LRS) and Solution-Focused Life Coaching.

Carolyn has over 12 years of experience working with couples, individuals, famiies, and parents in private practice, non-profit organizations and employee and family assistance programs (EFAP). Her priority is assisting people in clarifying their dreams and moving towards personal excellence. Clients report tremendous results getting "unstuck"; making changes that enable them to reach their goals, enhance their relationships and heal trauma. Clients say they have learned and consistenly engage in self-care. She works equally well with men or women.

Carolyn is a compassionate, non-judgemental counsellor who understands the difficulty in making transitions and helps clients move through the process in a timely, effective, and peaceful manner.
