I am a Registered Social Worker, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and a Registered Play Therapist. I have over 20 years experience in the field as a therapist and as a supervisor.

I work with people individually, as couples, and as families, and I provide play therapy for children. I believe in encouraging people to develop and explore their understanding of themselves in various contexts. With increased self awareness and self confidence, my clients are supported to make choices that reflect who they want to be.

My approach is one that combines systemic, cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused ideas, with more process oriented and experiential techniques.

My work with children involves a combination of working with the parent(s) and the child, in order to promote understanding of the child’s needs and experience, and to help the parent(s) develop successful ways of addressing them.
