Belinda provides coaching and counselling to parents who feel overwhelmed by or are having difficulty with their children’s problems. She helps parents discover new parenting approaches, gain more confidence in their parenting skills, and find ways to help their children resolve their problems.

Belinda also offers couple’s therapy to parents who are struggling with issues in their own relationship. Common relationship problems include conflict that seems impossible to resolve, differing values or parenting styles, emotional or sexual distancing, and relationships on the verge of breaking up.

While Belinda’s main focus is on parents and couples, she also provides therapy on a variety of other issues including depression, anxiety, chronic pain and illness.

Belinda has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Canadian Certified Counsellor, a Behavioural Interventionist, and is trained in chronic disease and cancer pain management. Belinda is happily married and has two children. She enjoys the balance between her private practice, volunteer work, family, and triathlon.
