I am a bit different than most psychologists, although I am trained in all the same in-depth therapies including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, EMDR, hypnotherapy and more. I tend to have a roll up your sleeves, lets get in there and make some deep, profound, lasting changes approach.

I appreciate that psychotherapy is very expensive and very few people want to spend "years on the couch". So I am dedicated to offering efficient and effective psychotherapy. I am also a dedicated yogi and yoga instructor. I work from a mind-body perspective with a strong knowledge of holistic medicine.

I integrate meditation, breath work, mind-body awareness, yoga principles, and an understanding of Chinese Medicine into my approach so healing can truly happen on a mind, body and spirit level.

I believe talk is cheap, which is kind of funny since I offer talk therapy. But the truth is most of us are very disconnected from our truth, our essence, our core being and most of us are fairly proficient at talking circles around what deeply pains us. My job is to hold the mirror, so that my clients can see deeper into themselves in a safe, and very nurturing environment.
